Yes, most window or exterior cleans take between 1 to 4 hours depending on the size of the property and service type.
Are customers unsure what’s included in each clean?
Sometimes, so we clearly list what’s included in each quote. For example, our window cleans include glass, tracks, frames, and screens unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer one-off or recurring services (or both)?
Both. Many customers prefer recurring services every 4–12 weeks, but one-off cleans are always available.
Do you clean both residential and commercial properties?
Yes we service homes, units, offices, retail shops, and other commercial properties across Brisbane.

Pricing depends on property size, accessibility, and service type. All quotes are transparent and tailored to your specific needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.
Do you require upfront payment or after the job is done?
For most residential jobs, payment is due after completion. Commercial clients can request invoicing terms.

How do customers book a service?
You can book by phone, email, or message us through our Facebook page. We’ll confirm all details before your appointment.
How far in advance should they book?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for larger jobs or during busy periods.
Do you work weekends or after hours?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling, including weekends and after-hours services upon request.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Do customers need to do anything before you arrive?
Just make sure we have access to the areas being cleaned and any pets are safely inside. We handle the rest.
Can you clean if the customer isn’t home?
Absolutely. As long as we can access the exterior, we can complete the job while you’re away.
What if there's bad weather on the day of an exterior clean?
We monitor weather closely. If rain or storms make it unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no charge.
